The operating system for your firm.

Nine modules, one login, one data model. The Stratus Suite replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools your team fights with every day — CRM, invoicing, e-sign, documents, tasks, calendar, notes, trading signals and mail, engineered as one coherent system.

/ 01 — Modules

The modules.

Each module stands on its own. Together they share one client record, one permission model and one audit trail — so nothing is entered twice and nothing falls between systems.

CRM Core

The client book, structured — mandates, money and correspondence on a single record.

  • Contracts & mandates — PAM and SPOT mandates managed from signature to termination
  • Tranches & commissions — allocations and commission schedules tracked per mandate
  • Client reporting — reporting generated from the live record, not from exports
  • Messaging — client communication logged where it belongs: on the record

Invoicing

Billing and books that stay tied to the client record — and to the bank.

  • Invoices — issued, tracked and settled against the same client record as everything else
  • Prima nota — first-entry bookkeeping kept current as the business runs
  • Bank reconciliation — statements matched against expected flows, exceptions surfaced

e-Sign

Signature flows built to stand up to scrutiny.

  • Legally-binding flows — send, sign and countersign without leaving the Suite
  • Field editor — place signatures, initials and data fields on any document
  • Audit trail — every step timestamped, attributable and preserved

Drive

Document management with permissions that mean something.

  • File management — structured storage for the documents the firm runs on
  • Sharing — controlled sharing, internal and external, on your terms
  • Permissions — access scoped by role, team and record

Tasks

Delivery, visible. Work moves through explicit stages the whole team can see.

  • Kanban boards — work organised by stage, from intake to done

Calendar

The team's time, in one view.

  • Team scheduling — shared calendars across desks and teams

Notes

Thinking that stays with the work instead of scattering across apps.

  • Notes — structured notes for meetings, research and handovers
  • Todo boards — personal and shared boards for the small work between the big work

Signal Manager

The desk's signal flow on one real-time dashboard.

  • Live dashboard — trading signals monitored in real time, in one place
  • Alerting — know the moment a signal fires, stalls or misbehaves

Mail

Firm mail, run like a system rather than a pile.

  • Smart inbox — what matters surfaces; what doesn't waits its turn
  • Folder view — a structure the whole firm shares, not one inbox per habit
  • Postmaster — mail administration and deliverability handled inside the Suite
/ 02 — One data model

Enter it once. Use it everywhere.

Integrations between separate tools are where data goes to drift. The Suite doesn't integrate nine products — it is one product with nine faces.

One client record, from mandate to inbox.

A client is onboarded once, in CRM Core. From that moment the same record drives everything: Invoicing bills against it, e-Sign executes documents against it, Mail threads correspondence to it. Nobody re-types a name, an account or a mandate term — because there is nowhere else for that data to live.

  • No re-entry — a field entered in one module is the field in every module
  • No sync jobs — nothing to export, import, map or reconcile between tools
  • Permissions follow the record — who can see a client is decided once, enforced everywhere
  • One truth for reporting — reports draw on live data, not on last week's spreadsheet

Integration beats patchwork.

Every extra tool you bolt onto the stack adds an export, an import and a new place for the truth to fork. The usual answer is middleware and manual reconciliation — headcount spent keeping copies of the same data in agreement. The Suite removes the problem instead of managing it: there are no copies.

  • One login — the whole firm works inside one system, not nine tabs with nine passwords
  • One audit trail — actions across every module land in a single, attributable history
  • Fewer vendors, fewer seams — one contract, one support line, one accountable engineering team
  • Adopt at your pace — start with the modules that hurt most; the data model is already waiting for the rest
/ 03 — Operations

Run like infrastructure.

The Suite carries client money, client documents and client correspondence. We operate it accordingly — the way we operate trading systems.

Security & permissionsEncryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and permissions scoped by role, team and record.
Full audit trailsEvery action across every module is logged, timestamped and attributable — signatures, payments, edits and access alike.
